Music is an artform. Art is made to affect senses and emotions. For every person these senses and emotions are affected differently, due to personal background, experience and profession. This leads to subjectivism, which then again winds up in controversy. The result is infinite debate-material and discussions, which lead to nothing. It is all just opinions.
Yet, controversy and through it occuring debates, argues and so on, is what kept music and it's whole community alive and always will. And that is good.
